Parking Lock Valve (Knob Type)

The lock valve is to be used on cars which have had their factory mechanical handbrake mechanism removed and have brake line routing in a front-rear brake circuit configuration. The lock valve will fit in line between the brake master cylinder and the rear calipers.

To operate, depress the brake pedal with your foot to increase pressure in the brake line and while holding your foot down, push down the red knob and the line will be locked, therefor the rear calipers will remain locked and in “Park” position. To release, one needs to push the red knob again.
